There is a sensitivity thing that some people have. I don’t have it. I don’t cry at movies, I don’t gush over babies, I don’t buy Christmas presents 5 months early, and I DON’T tell the guy who just ruined both our lives, ‘Oh, poor baby.’ But I do love you.

If you’re able to grab a copy of this film, you will see a catchy phrase out front – “Everybody loved him… everybody disappeared.” Tom Cruise plays Jerry Maguire, a sports agent whose so-called perfect world changes as he realizes he’d been doing things the wrong way. His philosophy changed, and so did everyone. Everyone who loved him left him. The very few who stuck with him (Renee Zellweger as Dorothy Boyd and Cuba Gooding, Jr. as Rod Tidwell) proved to be loyal and were Jerry’s saving grace. Jerry was able to stop doing what he’d always been doing and made a difference for himself and for the only athlete who stayed with him, Tidwell. A truly inspiring story, Jerry Maguire will captivate you and leave you talking about it for days.

“The condom is the glass slipper of our generation. You slip one on when you meet a stranger, you dance all night, then you throw it away… the condom, I mean, not the stranger.”

A film of all sorts – psychological, thriller, suspense, drama, and comedy – Fight Club unleashes actors Edward Norton’s and Brad Pitt’s best performance together. Brad Pitt (Tyler Durden) depicts the character of this really persuasive, know-it-all guy, stunning Edward Norton (The Narrator) who has problems of his own. Pitt and Norton form an exclusive underground group of purely men wherein they engage in hitting each other and are the cause of pain to each other. They do this to vent their anger and at the same time, develop strong friendships with one another. This movie speaks a lot about the modern world, a lot about people, and a lot about life.

“If you love someone, you’ve gotta tell him. Otherwise, the moment just… passes you by.”

Another blockbuster hit starring Julia Roberts, she co-stars this light romantic comedy with dashing actor Dermot Mulroney. Two best friends – one about to get married, the other one hopelessly in love with the one about to get married. The hopelessly-in-love best friend tries to win him and goes through ups and downs just to do this.

Share the emotional rollercoaster that someone who desperately wants someone to herself goes through in this film. A movie of wit, humor and love, My Best Friend’s Wedding will surely captivate your heart.

“I waited for you for seven years!”

… Allie Hamilton says to Noah, many years after they have been forced apart by fate, yet brought together again to bring them to that moment.

These lovers share one of the most passionate, love story ever told. The youth and innocence and love shared by two people grown strong through the years tell of the deepest, yet most painful love there has ever been. Noah, played by Ryan Gosling, depicts the character of a young man who falls in love with Allie (Rachel McAdams) a rich girl walking into his humdrum life and turning his world upside down. They share a romantic summer, up until she has to leave… and left both their hearts broken.

They meet again many years later, (7 years to be exact), and know deep in their hearts that the love was really never gone.

“Ya know, for a clown fish he really isn’t very funny.”

Disney hits the movie houses with yet another one of their latest creations – an under-the-sea musical and comedy animation. With a star-studded cast and fantastic animation effects and musical arrangements, this is yet another wholesome treat for the family.

Nemo, a small boy clownfish, gets lost in the deep blue waters and embarks on the longest, wildest and scariest journey of his life. Along the way, he meets good friends and a couple of not-so-good ones and decides to keep those who will always be there for him, in good times and in bad. A very influential movie on friendship and trust, the movie will make your tummies hurt from laughter and make your eyes pop out from crying.

I recommend this family fun movie to everyone who wants wholesome, clean fun.

Never, never, interrupt me, okay? Not if there’s a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there’s a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you’re going to faint. Even then, don’t come knocking. Or, if it’s election night, and you’re excited and you wanna celebrate because some fudge packer that you date has been elected the first queer president of the United States and he’s going to have you down to Camp David, and you want someone to share the moment with. Even then, don’t knock. Not on this door. Not for ANY reason. Do you get me, sweetheart?

A movie unlike any other, As Good As It Gets features an impressive cast with names like Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Greg Kinnear, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Skeet Ulrich and Shirley Knight. Winner of two Oscars, other 23 awards and 25 nominations, this movie is considered the first of its kind. Directed by James L. Brooks, the story revolves around 3 major characters, Melvin, Simon and Carol. The three forge a surprising friendship, what with all their differences and personal issues.

A must-see movie, As Good As It Gets will make you cry, empathize, and feel that life certainly only gets better.

Being a former Marine, he fights a cat and mouse battle between terrorists who have hijacked the plane posing as a film crew and in cahoots with a Secret Service Agent turned traitor. The line comes as he throws the errant agent out of the plane’s door as it begins to plunge into the sea due to damage. A rescue mission is put in motion where the crew and the rest of the first family are to be winched across a steel cable attached to the door of the aircraft by special forces who were sent to rescue the President in a last ditch effort.
